    Do you offer refunds?


    Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

    • Always double-check the product details such as size(s) before checking out. Since we value safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns/exchanges except if there is a mistake on our end. If that happens, you are more than welcome to send us an email or drop us a line via chat-box/Viber and we will gladly replace the item for you.


    • Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
